● Payment Methods, Terms and Cancellation

When order is made in person,a 20% deposit is required.The remaining balancemust be paid on delivery or pick-up.
When order is made by phone or e-mail, full payment must be paid on delivery or pick-up. If the order is cancelled on delivery, $50 in transportation and labor fees must be paid by customer.
Cancellations and Order Changes: There is no refund of deposit with an order cancellation. No charge will be applie dwith an order change.
Delivery procedures: If you live within the GTA, or within a reasonable distance from the GTA, Homemay Furniture will arrange to deliver on your behalf. We will contact you in advance with a scheduled delivery date and time frame. On delivery, you must pay a delivery fee on top of the remaining balance of your ordered items.
Due to various factors, we are not responsible for the following:
1. Carrying the purchased items inside the customer’s residence unless they agree to help.
2.During the moving process after arriving on-site, any damages to the furniture, the customer’s property or personal injuries.
3. Installing glass shelves, setting up KD (knock down) or RTA (ready to assemble) furniture, or installing swivel TV shelves.
4. Disassembling and moving furniture inside or out of the room.
5. Removing empty cartons.
*NOTE* Delivery of large or heavy items: Homemay furniture is NOT responsible for items that are too large for the designated room or associated stairways, hallways and doorways. The customer is responsible for noting the size and dimension of their order. If the item weighs over 100 pounds, the deliverers will need assistance by an adult on delivery.
6.If free delivery is offered, free delivery is curb delivery. The customer is responsible for bringing items inside of the building or the house.
● After-sale service
If you find damaged or missing items to your purchased furniture during the assembling process, please contact us at 647-298-5999 within 24 hours of delivery.Any partsfor exchange must be brought to HomeMay Furniture warehouse within three days of delivery. According to the Canadian after-sale service convention, Homemay Furniture cannot send our people to your appointed delivery location to inspect or exchange without charge.
5.To return your item(s), please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton, and tape your package securely. Include the original customer receipt in the package. A refund will be issued to back using original payment method for the value of the item(s), including any applicable taxes.
1.All items are sold “as is”. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 647-298-5999.
2. Any purchase on items that are on sale is FINAL.
3.You can return or exchange your purchase within 48 hours upon item delivery with original receipt. Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled with original condition and in its original packaging.
4.Homemay Furniture will not assume the transportation charges and labor for any items returned or exchanged.
