Homemay Furniture was established in 2008. It is a wholesale and retail furniture company in Burlington. We feature in indoor and outdoor furniture. We are always pursuing the good quality and fair price.

● Payment Methods, Terms and Cancellation 
 Payment Methods:1. Cash. / 2. Certified Cheque/ 3. Debit Card / 4. Visa Card /5. Master card

Payment Terms: 100% payment is required when customer make personal pickup.
20% deposit is required when order is made in person. The balance must be paid on delivery.

When order is made by phone or E-mail, full payment must be paid on delivery. If the order is cancelled on delivery, transportation fee and labor must be paid by purchaser. We charge $50 per order.

Cancellations and Order Changes: It is possible for our customers to cancel their order; however, there is no refund of deposit if the order is canceled. There will not be any charges if you change the order

● Delivery

Delivery procedures: Unless you ask for a specific delivery company, HomeMay Furniture will arrange to deliver on your behalf. We will contact you in advance with a scheduled delivery date and time frame. On delivery, you will need to pay rest of the balance of the ordered items and delivery fee (If delivery fee is not included.).
Due to various factors,  We will not be able to perform the following tasks:1.Our delivers are not responsible for helping to carry the purchased items inside customer’s residence unless they agree to help.

2.Our delivers are not responsible for any damages to the furniture or customer’s property or any injuries caused to people during the moving process.

3-Install glass shelves, set up KD (knock down) or RTA (ready to assemble) furniture, install swivel TV shelves

4.Disassemble and move furniture inside or out of the room.

5.Remove empty cartons.

Delivery of large or heavy items: HomeMay furniture is NOT responsible for items that are too large to go into a room. The customer is responsible to note the size and dimension of the furniture ordered so they will always go through the hallway, doorway, corner, up or down stairs and they fit properly in the designated room. If the delivery to the designated room involves potential damage to your home due to the weight or size of the furniture, the furniture will be placed to another designated room. If an item weighs over 100 pounds, the drivers will need assistance, by an adult, on delivery. 

● After-sale service

If you find damaged or missing items to your purchased furniture during the assemble process, please contact our customer service department at 905-639-2328 within 24 hours of delivery. And bring the parts to HomeMay Furniture warehouse for exchange within 3 days of delivery. According to Canadian after-sale service convention, HomeMay Furniture cannot send our people to your appointed delivery location to inspect or exchange without charge.


1.All items are sold “as is”. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 905-639-2328.
2.Any item on sale is FINAL. No return and refund.

3.You can return or exchange your purchase within 48 hours upon item delivery with original receipt. Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled with original condition and in its original packaging.

4.HomeMay Furniture will not assume the transportation charges and labor for any items returned or exchanged.

5.To return your item(s), please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton, and tape your package securely. Include the original customer receipt in the package. A refund will be issued to back to the Original payment method for the value of the item(s), including any applicable taxes.

6.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Sorry, we can not accept returns on used condition.
